Monthly project updates are provided for Board member review. These full-color reports include documenting photographs and construction milestones and are available in print or digital format, or both.
Routinely scheduled Owner Architect Construction Manager (OACM) meetings keep everyone informed and on the same page. Your key personnel are also encouraged to attend.
During construction, all project documentation is kept on a secure online platform and can be accessed by you or other personnel as needed.
And finally, Claycomb provides walkthrough services for you and your team, punch list development, as well as coordinates training for your maintenance staff on new building components.
