	Troy Middle School Troy ISD In 2008, citizens voted to pass a bond issue allowing the district to meet the needs of the growing community of Troy ISD. This bond was used for the construction of a new Raymond Mays MIddle School, additions to Troy Elementary School, and Edna Bigham Mays Elementary School. The additions at Mays Elementary School include 4 new classrooms that will add additional capacity for 100 students.
