Bo Ledoux, AIA

As Claycomb’s President and one of the firm’s owners, Bo provides leadership that combines decades of architectural expertise with a deep commitment to client relationships. Since joining the firm in 1995, he has advanced from Vice President in 2001 to opening the Austin office in 2008, and was named President in 2022.

Happy administrators and successfully completed projects are Bo’s professional motivation as evidenced by the many repeat clients he has maintained over the years.

Guided by the motto, “Don’t assume anything,” Bo is known for highly collaborative planning and pre-design conversations. Coupled with extensive experience working with stakeholders and an in-depth understanding of the construction process, Bo excels at positioning school districts for bond success.

When he’s not helping develop facility solutions, you can find Bo on the golf course, traveling, or cheering on his favorite team, the New Orleans Saints.

Bo holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Texas Tech University.

Richard Crump, AIA

Director of Houston Office

Richard contributed to Claycomb Associates success since 2001, became an Owner of our firm in 2008, served as the Director of our Houston office since 2013. Under his leadership, our firm and Houston team have grown steadily, supporting school districts across the state with facilities that meet both district’s current needs and future growth.

Although he once dreamed of becoming a construction worker starting at age five, Richard found his calling in guiding school districts through complex facility challenges so they can focus on and improve educating their students.

Richard follows in the genetics of his father and grandfather by continuously helping others. Known for his caring, meticulous approach, he is recognized for his responsiveness and his unwavering commitment to integrity in every step of the design and construction process. His guiding motto is: “Sacrifice yourself for others and be willing to do whatever it takes whenever it is needed.”

Outside of work, Richard enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife, Laura, and their two daughters, Katy and Caroline. Richard is a product of Arlington Independent School District and obtained a Bachelor of Environmental Design and a Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Francis Zordilla, AIA

Francis Zordilla joined Claycomb in 2005, was named Principal in 2016, and in 2025 assumed the role of Vice President while continuing to serve as Director of the Austin Office, leading the firm’s regional projects, operations, and growth.

With extensive experience in project management, Francis is known for his unwavering commitment to excellence and follow-through. He strives to build strong relationships with school districts and contractors that foster unity and a team first approach. Additionally, his active engagement to the entire team and project helps to ensure the positive impact made on future generations.

From complex building programs to renovation projects, Francis is organized, accessible, and attentive. Whether on the job site or providing updates to school boards, he is deeply invested in our clients’ success.

Francis a far, far, far West Texas product where he holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona. Although he is now rooted in the hill country of Austin (Dripping Springs), he swears that if he bleeds you will see nothing but Laker purple and gold come out. Aside from his love of basketball, he enjoys cool evening walks, traveling the world with his wife Laura and son Jared, and spending time with family and close friends.

Marc Rauzi, AIA

Marc has been with Claycomb since 2007, becoming a Principal and owner in 2017 and was named Vice President in 2022. With a strong background in construction, he brings a practical, solutions-focused approach to every project.

As a project manager, Marc values teamwork and builds lasting client relationships by finding creative solutions to complex challenges. He is driven to keep learning and is most inspired by knowing his work helps shape new schools for Texas students.

A former college baseball player, Marc discovered his love of teamwork and collaboration at an early age, dreaming of either becoming a pitcher for the New York Yankees or an architect.

Outside the office, Marc enjoys playing golf, cooking, traveling, and spending time with his wife, Katherine, and their fur babies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of New Mexico and a Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado at Denver.

Brett McMillin, CPA

Director of Dallas Office

Since joining the firm in 2019, Brett has worked across departments to strengthen operations and was honored to be named Principal in 2023. In addition to leading the Dallas office, Brett supports both day-to-day functions, as well as long-term vision of the organization.

Brett is the proud product of two legendary grandparents who championed both public and higher education – an influence that continues to shape Brett’s commitment to schools and communities today. Inspired by service, Brett actively supports Scottish Rite for Children, Shriners Children’s, Neighbors Nourishing Neighbors, and other philanthropic organizations across North Texas, working to make a lasting impact beyond the firm.

When not working, Brett values time with family and friends and enjoys traveling to experience new cultures and perspectives.

Brett holds a BBA in Accounting from Texas Tech University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Jeffrey Floyd, AIA

Jeffrey serves as the Director of Design at Claycomb. He joined the firm in 2010 and was named a Principal and owner in 2016.

Helping our clients envision the future of education, Jeffrey’s creativity translates big picture ideas into facilities that meet the unique needs of each district. From planning to programming, he engages stakeholders, inviting them on a collaborative journey. His focus is not only functionality and durability, but also ensuring that 21st century learning can happen in and outside of the classroom.

Jeffrey remembers being told as young as third grade that he would make a great architect. Years later, he remains inspired to innovate learning environments by his wife, Amy, who has worked in education since 2003. Both are avid Red Sox fans and have proudly raised three more: Jude, Beck, and River. Besides his wife (and mother and father), Jeffrey claims his high school chemistry teacher as his favorite because Mr. Baggerly’s influence extended beyond science, instilling a lifelong thirst for knowledge of all types.

Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Texas Tech University and a Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Aron Lee, AIA

Aron joined the Dallas office in 2017, was named an Associate in 2020, and became a Principal and owner of the firm in 2022. He oversees teams of architects, engineers, and designers throughout all phases of K-12 projects and serves as a primary point of contact to school districts.

Invested in the success of our clients from day one, Aron provides experience in the delivery of a wide range of projects from minor renovations of existing schools to new multi-million-dollar, state-of-the-art facilities. He enjoys partnering with districts to understand their unique needs and strives to exceed expectations from start to finish.

Aron’s passion for changing lives through education is fueled by working with administrators, teachers, and community members who recognize the tremendous impact of high-quality educational facilities.

He has a great interest in space exploration and loves visiting history museums. In his free time, he enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors with his wife and three children.
Aron holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Moises Gonzalez, AIA

Moises joined Claycomb in 2010, bringing exceptional expertise and dedication to the firm. He was named an Associate in 2020, advanced to Senior Associate and Director of Production in 2023, and in 2025 became a Principal and owner.

As Director of Production, Moises oversees project schedules, ensures code compliance, and provides daily support to his team. His thoughtful, detail-oriented leadership results in clear, precise drawings that simplify construction and bring lasting value to school districts.

Proud to help design schools that serve outstanding educators across Texas, Moises often says his favorite teacher will always be his wife. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and their many animals, or playing disc golf when the Texas weather allows.

Moises earned his bachelor’s degree in Environmental Design from Texas A&M University.

Will Clayton, AIA

Will joined the Claycomb team in 2014 and has been part of the Houston office since its opening. He was named an Associate in 2023 and became a Principal and owner in 2025. He serves as a trusted project manager and leader within the firm.

Guided by the belief that everyone has something to teach and something to learn, Will finds great reward in watching educators inspire young minds who will one day shape the future.

His unique blend of interpersonal skills and sense of humor has earned him a reputation as a true people person. By building strong connections with clients, contractors, and colleagues, Will creates an atmosphere of trust, collaboration, and dependability.

In his free time, Will can be found attending local concerts, trying new restaurants, and enjoying a variety of adventures with his wife, Kellee. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.

Cody Holt, AIA

Cody joined Claycomb in 2014 as an Assistant Project Manager and has steadily advanced through the firm, progressing from Project Manager to Associate to Senior Associate before becoming a Principal and owner in 2025.

Cody excels at active listening to ensure that each school district ends up with a project that reflects its unique community needs. His calming demeanor and steadfast dedication make him a trusted and effective team member on even the most complex building programs.

When he’s not delivering board updates or walking a jobsite, Cody enjoys time at the beach with his wife and two young children. An avid golfer, he is frequently sought after for education foundation golf tournaments.

Cody earned both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
