Scope of Services

Lumberton Intermediate transformed an aged existing middle school into a modern 148,000-square-foot campus for grades 3–5, designed for future growth. The new campus brings together new and existing spaces creating light-filled classrooms, a media center, gym, cafeteria with performance stage, outdoor seating, and additional parking for a cohesive 21st-century learning environment. The library serves as a hub for collaboration, with movable furnishings, robotics tables, and flexible spaces for class or project work, anchored by a mural celebrating education, Raiders sports, and Southeast Texas. Bright, modern spaces and school colors throughout inspire students while connecting the building to its community and identity.
