At Claycomb Associates, our service doesn’t end when the design is complete.  Our goal during construction is to make the process as seamless for you as possible.

For this reason we continue to provide hands-on oversight during construction so that your facility meets your expectations, schedule, and budget.

As questions arise, your Project Manager will be your single point of contact, making it easy for you to be informed.

Your dedicated Project Manager will monitor progress, stay on top of your schedule, and keep you updated on all phases.

The Project Manager interfaces with your construction team to clarify specifications on the drawings, review and approve materials, and review payment applications.

We stay in daily contact throughout construction using a variety of communication methods:

  • Weekly Job Site Meetings
  • Monthly Project Updates
  • OACM Review Meetings
  • Online Project Documentation
  • Milestone Walkthroughs
In addition to daily reviews and contact with your construction manager, we conduct scheduled weekly job site visits.  Not only does this give us verification of the workmanship, but it strengthens our relationship with your contractor and subcontractors.

Monthly project updates are provided for Board member review.  These full-color reports include documenting photographs and construction milestones and are available in print or digital format, or both.

Routinely scheduled Owner Architect Construction Manager (OACM) meetings keep everyone informed and on the same page.  Your key personnel are also encouraged to attend.

During construction, all project documentation is kept on a secure online platform and can be accessed by you or other personnel as needed.

And finally, Claycomb provides walkthrough services for you and your team, punch list development, as well as coordinates training for your maintenance staff on new building components.

All of these services will provide you a seamless transition into your new facility.
