Bay City
Junior High
Bay City ISD
Scope of Services
Grades 6–8, 1,200 capacity, administration, classrooms, cafeteria, gym, media center, computer labs, courtyard, parking, and landscaping, plus auditorium renovations. This project transformed the former high school into a modern junior high after the new high school was built. Existing practice fields and a baseball complex were relocated before construction. Early coordination with city officials and utility companies helped prevent delays and cost impacts. The new junior high creates a cohesive 21st-century learning environment, while auditorium renovations preserved an important public assembly space.
