Scope of Services

This 128,708-square-foot, two-story campus serves 900 Pre-K–5 students with adaptable classrooms, breakout spaces, and flex labs featuring integrated technology. A dual-sided stage connects the cafeteria and gym for versatile use. The site is master-planned for future expansion, and the cost-effective prototype can be adapted for other locations. Services included pre-planning, bond assistance, design, construction administration, and warranty follow-up.
