Scope of Services

This new 108,000-square-foot elementary campus serves 1,000 1st–4th grade students, featuring administration, a cafeteria, gym, media center, maker space lab, music rooms, classrooms, special classrooms, and learning studios. Outdoor amenities include a play field and track. The project also included renovations to an existing auditorium, repurposing a library into a band/music hall, and converting a vocational-agriculture space into district offices. Thoughtful site planning incorporates technology, parking, drives, and landscaping to enhance functionality and accessibility.
