Scope of Services

The project includes the design and construction of a new 27,825-square-foot, two-story academic building to support expanded Career and Technical Education programming, along with the 9,140-square-foot renovation of an existing, aging construction shop.

The new CTE facility features a Culinary Arts Lab, Criminal Justice Lab, Audio/Visual Lab, multiple Computer Labs, and supporting instructional classrooms. Renovations to the existing building reconfigured the space to accommodate a modern Woodworking Lab, Metalworking Lab, Dog Grooming Lab, and associated classrooms creating flexible, hands-on learning environments aligned with today’s workforce needs.
