Scope of Services

This 101,133 sqft building added onto a 15,900 sqft existing classroom wing serves 900 students, enhancing the traditional learning environment and incorporating modern, flexible spaces. The project included bond issue assistance, facility assessment, staff & community engagement, and the design of a new administration area, open-concept media center, and a two-story classroom wing. The kitchen and cafeteria, along with maker spaces and a tiered lecture commons, foster dynamic learning. A gymnasium with a dual-access stage supports both athletic and performance needs. The campus also includes science labs, music and art classrooms, and a life skills suite. Natural and LED lighting, a 4-pipe HVAC system, and flexible 21st-century learning spaces promote sustainability and adaptability. Thoughtful site planning integrates parking and landscaping to create a welcoming and functional campus.
