Scope of Services

Full architectural and engineering services, from pre-planning and bond assistance through programming, design, construction administration, and warranty follow-up. This project preserves an 80-year-old Works Project stadium, blending historic renovation with modern upgrades. Shifting the field 40 yards added 2,000 seats, a secondary band entrance, and ADA/team drop-off parking. The updated 8,300-seat stadium includes renovated structures, a new press box, home and visitor locker rooms, concessions, restrooms, new aluminum bleachers, artificial turf with improved drainage, playing fields, security gates, signage, scoreboard, parking, and landscaping.
