Jennifer joined Claycomb in 2023 as the Human Resources Manager.

Overseeing the company’s recruiting and HR/Benefits coordination, Jennifer brings years of HR expertise. As a member of the leadership team, she enjoys implementing successful human resources management strategies to support the firm.

Dedicated to employee relations and engagement, Jennifer is passionate about enhancing company culture and an employee’s experience. She is guided by Maya Angelou’s quote, “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will NEVER forget how you made them feel.”

Jennifer loves to spend her free time reading, shopping, dancing, or traveling. While she has many memorable vacations spots, one of Jennifer’s favorite destinations is Aruba. A native of Louisiana, she can be found each Fall rooting for the New Orleans Saints – WHO DAT!?

Jennifer attended Louisiana Tech and holds an associate degree from University of Phoenix.
