Will joined the Claycomb team in 2014 and was named an Associate in 2023. He has been with the Houston office since it opened and is a trusted project manager and leader in the firm.

Will is guided by the knowledge that everyone has something to teach and everyone has something to learn. Watching educators inspire young minds that will one day guide us into the future is one of the most rewarding parts of his job.

His unique blend of interpersonal skills and sense of humor has earned him a reputation as a true people person. His ability to connect with clients, contractors, and colleagues creates an atmosphere of trust, collaboration, and dependability.

In his free time, you can find Will mountain biking the local trails or kayaking in one of Houston’s bayous.

Will received his Bachelor of Architecture from California State Polytechnical University.
